Welcome! On your first visit here you will need to create an account for yourself by registering on the left. Most people use a nickname instead of their real name but you do have to enter your correct email address. If you have trouble setting up your account, you can contact Paul on 02 9332 1853 or 1800 803 990 for tech support. For further tips, see our FAQs or noticeboard in the menu on the left. We try to keep our forum as democratic as possible. Aside from our collective committment to support each other, the glue that holds us together is our member guidelines (these can be viewed in 'noticeboard '). If you come across anything that you feel falls outside the member guidelines, please alert the moderating group by clicking on 'Contact Us '. The moderating group is made up of around six members. We measure complaints against what we feel are generally accepted community values and standards (ie. what you see in your daily papers) and if we feel a complaint is valid, we can take action. Our moderators are JDMC, Ken, Nonna, Paul, Pyro and Shaun. We can be emailed individually through your PERSONAL MESSAGES facility or collectively via the CONTACT US button (left). |

This forum treats your confidentiality as a top priority. Visitors who come across our forum cannot enter the chatroom or view our discussion threads, blogs, profiles or PMs (personal messages). They can only see the 'Other Stuff' items in the left hand navigation column. Please note that forum moderators cannot view the private PMs that are sent from member to member. All members should take into account the member guidelines. Our forum is a safe-place and while we support free-speech and opinion, we do not accept inflammatory or offensive behaviour within public postings (discussion threads) or within PMs. |
